I recently remodeled a home in the city of Sierra Madre. What originally was the kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms and a small addition soon turned into a remodel of the entire house! We started out with adding a few hundred square feet. We built a new kitchen with custom cabinets including an island. We installed quartz counter tops and a ceramic backsplash. Most of the house got new solid hardwood floors. We built a new laundry/mud room with custom cabinets and a custom storage bench unit.
The house got two new bathrooms, one with a tub and the master with an oversized shower. Both bathrooms got custom cabinets with quartz countertops in one and marble in the other. We installed all new interior doors and moldings throughout. We also built new linen cabinets and a custom built in desk. All of the cabinets were lacquer painted. We installed a new roof and a little bit of stone decking off the dining room.
This turned out to be a very nice project for a very nice family. Thank you to them.
