Janeen Cottage
Janeen’s Cottage. It was an honor to be able to completely remodel the Brady family’s guest house dedicated to Julie Brady’s sister Janeen. We are all sad that she never had a chance to see it, but I’m sure she would love it!
We completely demoed the inside and built a fully custom kitchen, bathroom, living area and bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with custom wood cabinets in a shaker design, a stainless undermount sink, Cloud River Quartz counter tops with a 3″x12″ glass tile back splash. The bathroom we added a 3’x5′ shower in porcelain tile, a quartz seat and a quartz mosaic liner. We install a porcelain tile on the floor throughout that it 6″x36″ aged wood look. We installed new single lite, dual glazed front and back doors as well as new 3 panel interior doors, all new casing, crown and baseboard. We finished it off with new LED can lighting and a fresh coat of paint.
